Refund Policy

Effective date: 19 July 2025


At Gabikam Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality painting and decorating services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments and deposits may be refunded in connection with our services.

1. Deposits

A deposit of 10–20% of the estimated project cost is required to confirm a booking and secure your place in our schedule.

  • This deposit is non-refundable if the project is cancelled by the client less than 7 calendar days before the agreed start date.

  • If cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled start, we may refund the deposit in full or in part, at our discretion.

2. Project Cancellation by Client

If the client decides to cancel the service after work has commenced, any completed work and material costs up to that point will be deducted from the total amount paid.
No full refunds will be issued once labor has started.

3. Project Delays or Rescheduling

Should unforeseen circumstances require the client to delay or reschedule the project, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change. However, the deposit remains non-refundable if the new date cannot be confirmed within 30 days.

4. Unsatisfactory Work

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the final result:

  • Please notify us within 3 days of completion.

  • We will assess the situation and offer reasonable corrections where appropriate.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to scope changes not agreed in writing or surfaces that were not prepared as required.

5. Additional Charges

Any agreed extras or variations will be quoted and invoiced separately. These are non-refundable once the work has been carried out.
